“A slight wind” is my favourite. Like the same wind barely moving patio furniture is gonna upset a 200 tonne monster going along a straight line.
Wrong kind of a snow is actually a big issue, if it’s heavy and really wet it can mess with signalling and jam up points. Also turns in to ice a lot faster which obviously makes braking A lot harder. The more powdery stuff isn’t as bad unless it gets compacted around switches etc.
