2. I cannot talk for Ukraine or Ukrainians people but this is first sign of weakness that Russia is displaying. Therefore now would be the best time to attack rather than talk.

3. Ukraine should reciprocate, and show readiness to negotiate while Putin is in power.

4. Its slowly going the right way, but every stage has to be declined till they beg for mercy, thats the right stage. Then there can be talks.

9. Putin would like a pause so he can reconstitute his forces for a new assault as they are exhausted and suffering from low morale and lack of supplies. That’s the only reason he wants to “negotiate”.
