  1. Russia working hard on destabilizing not only Eastern Europe but the entire world.

It seems the kremlin gremlin and its pariah nation allies are strongly committed to light up the world if they aren’t forced to back down.

  2. so 40 bucks per capita increase. doesnt really take a lot for a dismal economy to grow a couple %…

for reference, it would be less than 1% increase for Ukraine, which still is in the lower lower 3rd in world rankings.

  3. 3%

    Booming

Yah, a country with such a shitty quality of life needs a growth of like 10-20% to be “booming”

Hell, China was going at like 16% for a while, that’s why they are getting kinda scared with slower growth rate now.

The US out paced China in real GDP growth last year at a little over 3%, I’m not sure what Inflation is at DPRK, but if it’s higher than 3% than that isn’t really a growth…

  4. Hmmm, NK gives away their weapons…

Sooo, since South Korea never had peace with NK, it wouldn’t be a war crime if they just so happen to walk over there and annex it?

  5. Nothing is booming there, people are starving, literally cutting grass in the parks to eat it.

  6. Press ‘D’ for doubt, sure putler is buying very old, crappy and unstable bombs from NK – maybe they’ll make enough money to feed their population.

  7. So much of this video is of 155mm production facilities absolutely shameless.

  8. It’s a setup for the next devastating downturn. Now they produce weapons in exchange for money and food, keeping them alive. More than that, it is perceived as progress, but it leads to a renewed dependency on Moscow. With its dependency on North Korea’s manufacturing capacities Moscow is more willing to give Kim what he wants. Whether it is goods, currency, technology or attention and recognition. This allows Kim to distance himself from other allies with stricter demands, for example regarding nuclear tests. However, as things are going, Moscow can’t keep this war up forever and won’t be better off than before once it’s done. So shortly after the end of the war this card house will collapse again and North Korea will be tumbling into a crisis again, similar to the 1990s.

  9. If the economic disaster that’s Russia can “save” your economy by buying surplus ammo you didn’t have a saveable economy to begin with

Also the 3% number is ridiculous. In order to calculate GDP you need access to figures and statistics that the west doesn’t have. At best we can guesstimate but to stick percentages to that is disingenuous

Also ironically this war is the ideal thing for the NK elite. Their weapons industry is stuck in the 1980’s relying on mass artillery and tanks and its just so happened the perfect conflict for that just flared up
