  1. Right now Trump wants runaway inflation, chaos at the border and job losses. All so he can personally benefit. He insured the border chaos by nixing the Republican led Border Solution bill. I am not certain he can control the other two.

    It failed, their mid term performance was crap. [Biden released US oil reserves to protect the US](https://www.politico.com/news/2021/11/23/biden-oil-reserves-gasoline-prices-523241). Trump then [lied his ass off](https://edition.cnn.com/2023/06/05/politics/fact-check-trump-petroleum-reserve-oil/index.html), pretended that he built up the oil reserves (reality he decreased oil reserves).

    I noticed that some of the russian-bots I’ve been talking to, use inflation in their prompt. Which is odd, because inflation is really low at 3%, and Trump has also claimed it was 23% in another lie. Which makes me think they (Trump + Putin + MBS) plan a redux of their October 2022 attack, trying to slash oil production, force an increase in oil prices, **and drive up inflation just before the 2024 elections**.

    I think Trump is signalling he wants another OPEC oil production cut just before the 2024 elections, like they did in the 2022 mid terms.

  5. Tomorrow Powell will decide if interest rates are coming down or not. Trump reportly told Powell not to lower them because it’s better for Harris. He has no power over the fed. Fuck Trump.

  12. The US has exceeded production of any country in the history of the world since last year, shortly after Biden took over the US exceeded any countries production after the Pandemic. The false narrative that Biden killed the oil industry was never true yet he and other Republicans kept pushing it. In May of last year I went to Austin TX, drove my dad to Midland where he had been told was in steep decline only to see active oil rigs, pumpjack’s everywhere. He kept say “why would they lie to me about that”. Then when we got back to Austin it was like all that he had seen was imagined and Biden was again the worst President in the history of the country.

    Russia needs to sell everything they can you fund their war. The middle east want all the money because the Israel conflict and the rising tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran. And Biden doesn’t really have the power nor the motivation to lower production in the us now, does he?
