Important highlight: Free for the recipient, not free for the publisher. Just to make sure no one thought Posti would be delivering things for free.
I think unsolicited distribution could be ended, or rather should be ended.
This is pretty similar to ending free tv broadcasting for rural people. Since most broadcast news is about bigger cities, which is often not relevant to those people.
In the future, there will be more cut in the rural region not just free deliveries Posti.
