Bought myself my favourite Kägi for the weekend. Shocked to see that they removed 4 biscuits from the packaging – it used to be 2 floors of 4×3 biscuits, now only 2 floors of (2×3 + 2×2).
How can these people live with themselves, ruining the weekends of loyal customers?! Kägi just lost a customer

They wipe their tears with 1,000 CHF bills.
Honestly write to them about this, curious to see what their response will be
A little less expensive are the 500 g bags with the “broken” ones (Bruchware). They all just seem to have small imperfections, not even actually broken.
128g lol
Old news, unfortunately.

Seriously? You’re gonna boycott them? Yeah, like they care …
Just don’t buy megacorp shit snacks. Get something from a local bakery or farm instead, or make something at home.
I think the problem is the increasing price of cocoa beans. Chocolate will become more and more expensive in the future.
Ho! 🥺
I live right next to the manifacture fabric; maybe i go and will have a little talk with the kägi bros ?
Honestly I don’t see the point in getting Kägi fret over the regular store-brand alternatives, doesn’t feel like there’s a huge quality difference or anything.
I wouldnt buy them a second time after I saw that.
These ones also went from like 2.8 to 4.2 in 2 years, now they rebranded to M-classic and use a cheaper packaging: [https://www.migros.ch/en/product/110567100000](https://www.migros.ch/en/product/110567100000)
It’s a bit of a shame that they’re not obliged to announce in the package for a certain time about changes to packaging sizes like in other countries. Keeping the size of the box and reducing the quantity is clearly a deceiving practise.
