Russians are already whining about these helmets, because they have no such thing, lol
“Welcome to Russia” – Please set your clocks back, 100 years.
Spectacular, you love to see it. God speed to them all!
As a side note, I always loved reading the labels painted on the side of aircraft with instructions on how to use the thing in question.
>The JHMCS provides the pilot with โfirst look, first shootโ high off-boresight weapons engagement capabilities. The system, also available in a night configuration, enables the pilot to accurately cue onboard weapons and sensors against enemy aircraft and ground targets without the need to aggressively turn the aircraft or place the target in the Head-Up Display (HUD) for designation. > >Critical information and symbology such as targeting cues and aircraft performance parameters are graphically displayed directly on the pilotโs visor.
It will be excellent for air patrols against drone swarms and missile attacks, the best anti-air defense is still a fighter jet
I think Ukraine is even slated to get the shorter range AMRAAM 120-Cs…
I wonder what other upgrades they got. New apg 83 radars would make a big difference
I hope they become you well and Iโm proud our government donated them.
Perfect to use against the Su-35s with aim9xs
Good hunting!
That’s a $ 257k helmet over there
They’ll likely never need to use it but… it’s better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
Donโt forget, Ukraine is now a test bed for all modern NATO weapons, especially for those in development. And if the US wants Raytheon to test the new longer range ARAAMโs, they will. What a better test environment? Newly trained pilots who will be very procedure driven. Newly refurbished platform. Real life targets.
I think russia will be looking into their military arsenal to out-match this JHMCS with their High-Tech pinky laser pointer and 20X10 binoculars.
This will let them use the AIM-9X off-boresight targeting mode, correct? Not that itโs likely to be in a knife fight with the VKS, but it could certainly help with some tight cruise missile intercepts.
Good to see them wearing good old ‘Murica helmets and not them cheapo plastic Commie ones with holes in ’em. Nuff of that shit.

Shalom From Israel ๐ซก didnโt putin say Odessa is a little bit or a jewish city?
Just to recap: We have Ukrainians defending Odessa (that used to have a large jewish population) from Russians that are Nazis – Using tech Made by Israeli jews that maybe came from Odessa? ๐คฏ
Here is to those few Ukrainian pilots and jets.
I am rooting for you pilots, ground crews and air frames to further restrict Russian movements, to continue to remove Russian equipment off of the board and to further break the morale of the Russian ( and guest soldiers ) to the point that if Putin wants to fight- he is going to have to enter the war zone and join the battle )
