Following Ukraine’s attack on Russia’s Kursk region, local resident have made an appeal to President Vladimir Putin, asking him for help. “Where is our government? Putin, please, help us? Everything is being destroyed there. It’s scary there [in Kursk],” one of the residents said as she was shedding tears. The residents said they were forced to flee from Kursk and were helpless, as they did not understand what was happening. The residents complained that the evacuation of residents was not successful and many people were stuck in Kursk.
