There is a company I love to rep called Kinda Fit Kinda Fat – they are all about strongmen/powerlifters/weightlifters/etc and seeing this is photo is a great reminder of what the Strength can look like. Lean AND strong is incredibly difficult to combine. Often times it’s Lean OR Strong
