  1. These are the most valuable POWs for the war effort. If these are recruits from Moscow or St Petersburg there will be calls from the mothers of these POWs that won’t be able to be ignored. Especially if they believe the Kremlins propaganda that Ukraine tortures it’s POWs.

  2. to see Russians so quickly surrendering *on Russian soil* to foreign troops is shocking in any context

  3. Starting to feel like is a deliberate strategy by the Ruzzians, drowning UA forces in prisoners so they won’t advance.

  4. They are looking at the Ukraine soldier and thinking ” I wish I was like him. Brave and a bad ass”

  5. I don’t use the word astonishing often, but would apply it to the events of this last week or so

  6. look at them, their faces. moscow is sending fucking children against the best of the UAF. batshit insanity.

  7. These pictures are a disaster for the Russian state media and its propagandists and will boost the Ukrainian moral.

  8. It makes it easier for the Russians to surrender if there’s no friendlies behind them waiting to shoot them in the back

  9. Taking prisoners is good, but I’m wondering about the strategic objectives of this invasion. If Russia simply masses equipment they will eventually push them out right?

  10. Those are all drafted kids. They have 0.1% training. Like the guy from the interview that aired today. In the whole training he fired exactly 2 bullets, and was abandoned by the whole squad as they ran away.

  11. Many of them look barely out of high school,
can’t imagine they thought a couple months ago they would be now finding themselves as POWs after never even crossing the border to Ukraine.

I hope they keep surrendering. It’s good to see. Maybe some of them will choose to fight for Ukraine instead with hopes of a better future than Putin would ever give them.

  12. They look like young orcs, much like their uglier, smellier, stupid, older orcs. Fuck you Russian troops!

  13. Good. They get to live past this stupid war and Ukraine gets to advance with less than expected casualties.

  14. Surrender = life, food, shelter.

Fight = maggoty food, mice-infested trenches, drone paranoia, horrible death, remains left as carrion.
