The official site had listed her as the flag bearer, they also accidentally got several countries the wrong way round (listed the male flag bearer in the female collumn and vice versa), unfortunately Algeria was one of the countries that had it backwards, while listing Imane Khelif as flag bearer

It was upsetting to see the adversity she had to go through during these games. She earned this moment.

Today I had a start of an heated discussion.
I started boiling but wasn’t gonna say anything because I did not want to cause a scene from them freaking out.
Well, thjs person started claiming Imane is a man born with testicles inside and a vagina and she decided before the Olympics that she felt a woman so she competed as a woman.
They went on saying Imane beat the crap out of the Italian girl and they looked at me saying “don’t you feel bad that a girl in your country was forced to withdraw?”
I then said well not really because she did not beat the crap out of her. I the. Explained that the whole thing started was just really weird, how the Iba Banned her right after beating a favorite boxer and how they never published the test done.
