It’s really hard to discern any meaning from this without knowing the distribution of scores for each attribute on the left side. Only that would reveal where the problems lie, and whether it’s typical for other companies. All one can determine from this graph is that employees rated most items positive.
However, even that doesn’t have much meaning without weighting. Employees may not care about certain things and care a lot about others. (Does “cleaning supplies” really have equal weight with “compensation”?) A badly-designed survey is worse than nothing. Garbage in, garbate out.
By aggregating the scores, you are eliminating any information that would be useful to management.
When I get employee surveys I just put everything’s excellent and submit. Don’t trust companies one bit.
