"The 100-square meter condo unit is fully-furnished and designed with home appliances such as refrigerator, microwave oven, four-burner cooktop with oven, washing and drying machines, four smart televisions, and even a game console, which Carlos can enjoy even with his friends and family during free time.

"Two balconies that can be accessed both in the living room and the master’s bedroom offer views of the township and the rest of the property.

"Among the standout pieces that adorn the living room is a custom-made nesting coffee table that bears a replica of the gold medal at the Paris Olympic Games.

"The unit also comes with its own maid’s room with toilet and bath, and its own parking slot."

  1. They don’t often succeed in the games. Hope new ~~district 12~~ Filipino ~~tributes~~ athletes join Carlos Yulo in ~~Victors village~~ similar apartments next time.

  2. Nice and well-deserved. Anybody know what Hidilyn Diaz got as a reward for the first ever Olympic gold medal for the Philippines?

  3. Good marketing to promote the apartment and raise it’s price especially when there is celebrity stayed in there.

  4. Wow! Does he get to live here permanently or is this for a fixed period of time? It’s a nice place!

  5. The maid even has her own room and bathroom! Do condos in the Philippines normally have that?

  6. I mean, the apartment’s nice and all but he also won a lifetime supply of colonoscopies and that is nothing to shit on

  7. Honestly? This is better than money. Idk what the housing market situation in the Philippines is, but in so many countries youth can only dream of owning their own home one day, which makes it an amazing prize.

  8. Infinitely happy for this man. I hope PH will build on this momentum and bring home more medals.

I’ve always said PH could produce some strong gymnasts if they had the proper training facilities and coaches.

  9. I am curious about the buffet restaurant that gives him life long free meal, if he can post what kind of the food the restaurant makes

  10. Caloy the GOAT. I hope he goes LA 2028. I think he should get all around gold and get as much medals gold or not.

He has a chance to up his legacy and for me make Gymastics could really benefit with the Filipino base lol. I feel in the worlds or whatever international events, Filipinos will pack stadiums like they did with Pacquaio.

I also I feel as Filipinos Caloy and mens Gymastics can be good competition against countries like Japan/ China.

I hope our other sports especially team basketball/football teams can be inspired and be more competitive.

Him and Diaz hopefully raise the standard of not just Filipino athletes but success in every field and not think we are below first world nations.

  11. This guy is set for life (if he’s smart). His job is to go around the country, to schools and such places, to promote his sport.
