This may be shocking, but how you treat your staff directly correlates to how they behave at work and how much effort you get from them..
1) Fuck you, pay me.
I know the feeling. I used to work in retail, we had a woman bring back clothes on my last day that had clearly been worn, no tags and covered in food stains. Normally I would have told her no chance but I couldn’t be arsed to deal with the resulting verbal abuse that I surely would have got so I gave her the refund and shoved the clothes in the bin, what were they going to do, sack me?
That first redacted bit, have they (guessing HR) named the person for the entire business to see?
Your company is using its social media site to whinge about how the staff aren’t good enough and wonders why they aren’t pushing themselves?
If that many people are fed up of your company, it might just be the company’s fault
