Rare deep-sea oarfish discovered off California coast
A group of kayakers and snorkelers off the coast of San Diego encountered a rare 12-foot oarfish, a deep-sea creature seldom seen and rarely found in California waters.
Reuters was able to confirm the location from the buildings characteristics and coastline layout which match satellite, file and street view imagery of the area. Local media reports verify the date of footage.
The silvery fish was found floating dead and brought ashore with the help of marine experts for further study.

There's evidence they surface like that prior to a large quake.
😮
Is she dead?
Why took it into shore?
Why did they take this dead fish out of the ocean?
Do they think they're going to bring it somewhere to be studied or something?
They're not THAT rare… whoever they brought it to probably refused to take it, or threw it away.
Are they Edible?
I see absolutely no problem being in the sea around Cali pulling a huge fish out of the water that would be a perfect lunch for a great white shark.
Here comes the massive earthquake, & tsunami
Bullies
I think I’d let it wash up on the beach so the birds could eat it. I certainly wouldn’t loaded into the back of my pick up truck😂
Russia just had a 7.p magnitude earth quake
