These some spooky fellas. First there was 1 cone structure (1st pic) then maybe 2 days later. There were 5-6 cone structures. The next day, 1 cone "hatched" into a spooky fella. Then more spooky fellas started showing up. Are these a type of scarecrow? They kind of scarehuman too
