Russian “Kavkaz” port explosion

  1. Think that Russian priest can get there in time for this fire too? Doubt he has enough holy water what with the oil depots, airports and now ports going up in flames. Poor guy…very busy!

  2. Too bad the ferry was hit in the port. How will they evacuate Crimea once that bridge is gone?

  3. That looks like a big old boom. If that was docked it must’ve caused some serious damage to infrastructure.

  4. With the attack on the refineries, the airfield hit near Volgograd and now this, you do have to wonder when Pootin is finally going to ‘get it’ and realise that Ruzzia is being slowly destroyed around him.

It’s an easy fix, just get the fuck out of all of Ukraine as a first step and then start thinking reparations, returning kidnapped kids and dropping war criminals off at the Hague as a followup.

  5. Its always impressive to see western precision rockets hitting targets hundrets of kilometers away.

Imagine Taurus with 550km range and bunker buster capabilities. If we could send just a handful of them, they can be mounted under the F16.

  6. Man russia’s been getting hammered the past couple of days.
We need analysis on when they are going to run out of firefighters.

  7. The Russians are gonna say that they choose to sink the ferry to put out the fire.

  8. Now that the fuel trains will have to cross the bridge, it will create an excellent opportunity to hit one in transit. That much fuel burning on a concrete bridge support will damage it to the point of being unusable.

  9. Dear Russia,

Since you insist on sacrificing people, military equipment (particularly tanks that were probably built by people who are likely long dead – let’s be honest, these tanks were mostly assembled over 60 years ago, and Russia has a massive alcohol problem that undoubtedly impacts life expectancy), and, as seen here, oil, I want to remind you that we have a common challenge to face: climate change.

Let’s lay out the facts: Ukraine is too much for you. In reality, all you manage are devastating attacks on civilian areas in Ukraine. This, along with many other things (and let’s be real, there are about 600,000 other things), does not exactly showcase a sovereign and controlled war effort. But that’s okay! The beauty of it is: you never lost control of the situation because you never had it. So, you can retreat with your dignity intact. Militarily, ethically, morally, conditionally, ideologically, and especially intellectually, you cannot keep up with Ukraine. The situation is a complete failure.

So, I kindly ask you to throw in the towel. Cease all combat operations. Withdraw back behind your own borders. Sure, you’ll have to pay for all the damage caused, make reparations, and get used to the “Russophobia” you’ve been sowing and exporting around the world since 2014 – until you drop. But in return, here’s my appeal to you: fill the void of your own insignificance in the world, which led you to systematically wage war and spread destruction against global democratic ideology, with a common goal. Try fighting climate change instead. It’s not like you have many other prospects for the future.

And before you ask: yes, I know how ridiculous I sound! But apparently, individual opinions carry a lot of weight with you. So, I assume my suggestion will be as well-received as the idea of waging a hopeless war against a neighboring country.

  10. So once again a ship has heroically thrown itself into the path of a sea drone or a Neptune missile? Just like the plan says?
