It was my understanding that Indians don’t really get along well with a certain group of people. And Sweden has a big number of members from this group.
The punchline is racism, truly comdey gold. /s
Healing from what? The small number of Indian engineers and students in the country?
Healing by getting rid of the most productive and least problem causing immigrants?

Considering the income tax in Sweden. That’s the right choice
Partly this. While a lot of Indians are actual engineers and university students, a lot have also been dish washers, kitchen personal, food delivery, etc – and those jobs dont earn you enough money to get renewed visum with the new laws.
But the main reason is simply that the Tax Agency got directives from the Government to be stricter in their controll of where people live. This lead to a temporary boost of people “leaving Sweden” in 2024, simply because they discovered tons of former exchange students and similar that had left Sweden years ago, but were still registered here.
Great, you’re scaring away the immigrants that were willing to learn your language, adapt to your culture and pay their taxes
Sweden is not healing
The total Indian population is about 55K in Sweden and the difference between Indians who emigrated and immigrated in the first 6 months of this year was a whopping 376 people more that emigrated.
Not even mentioning what the spokesperson from the statistics office says about it. That it’s to early to draw any conclusions what so ever, and that it’s a rather usual trend with more leaving the first 6 months and more arriving the last six months, and that mostly because of students graduating or starting school.
This really isn’t newsworthy in any sense of the word. And Indians have never been a problem here.
No, Indians just really hate Muslims.
That’s not healing. In my opinion most indian atleast the ones in EU are some of the most productive and humble immigration i have ever met most of them put the average Swedish person to shame in terms of with their attitude towards the European society .
Here is what a indian once said to me which i still totally believe in.
#don’t bother others for no reason and 99% of the time they won’t bother you. ~~the remaining 1% are french~~.
Indians are like among the best immigrants in the US, they end up mostly rich and successful – and come in legally – the #1 most common last name for Doctors is now Patel
I think this is the opposite of healing. Those are the immigrants you’d actually want.
Yeah the most working, polite and respectful group of immigrants. What a joke, the somali should leave instead.
Nah. More like the rats abandoning ship
Indians are not the problem, other brown people are
Indians are often doctors and engineers and unfortunately for them that market is already covered in Sweden.
