Narendra Modi heads to Ukraine after visiting Moscow | BBC News
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Ukraine on Friday, just weeks after he met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
The visit is significant because Kyiv and some Western capitals had reacted sharply to Mr Modiโs visit to the Russian capital in July.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was โdisappointed to see the leader of the world’s largest democracy hug the world’s most bloody criminal in Moscowโ.
Delhi has often spoken about the importance of respecting territorial integrity and sovereignty of nations. It has continuously pushed for diplomacy and dialogue to end the war.

Extremely foolish of the EU and EC in 2014 to march into Ukraine and the cheek on them that included the British who were still members of the EU and Catherine Aston responsible for EU foreign affairs and security policy not to have agreed with the Russian peace plan in the summer of 2014 after overthrow of President Yanukovych for Federal Government , our American Good Friday reforms in language and citizenship, including Donbass but excluding Crimea and did not have to demand those reforms of the Ukrainians but their EU terms were non negotiable for membership that would of united Ukraine .
When the Americans and Ukraine Government applied their backstop against the EU from 2014 that they could not except the Russian peace plan thats when war broke out in Donbass . and conflict has not ended and the Americans or the Russians and BRICS could never of been excluded from trade agreements in Ukraine and two years later in 2016 the UK voted to leave the EU and their intention was that other countries including the Americans would be excluded from trade agreements with the UK but the EU , and UK Government agreed on the NI Protocol to exclude their main trade partners in Commonwealth and USA from UK trade agreements in 2019 but cannot exclude them from GB trade agreements with Unionist support in NI .
In 2024 the American peace proposals may be excepted by the Russians and BRICS similar to the Russian plan 2014 and if the EU had of agreed the US EU trade agreement in 2016 the outcome would of been different today and the British would not of left the EU, if David Cameron and some of his reforms had of been agreed with the French and Germans .when he was PM ……………….. but the Ukrainian appetite to lose control of their borders , money and laws to the EU has gone, when the American peace proposals will be successful that they cannot lose control of their borders, money and Laws to Russia but will exclude Crimea with Russian troops withdrawing from of the Four Oblasts like Ireland 1922 and NI 1998.
I think india needs to do a lot of helping its own people before it spends any time or money trying to sort out anyone else
