Auba, Kessie, Gündogan—when these players arrived at the club, they all said one thing in common: ‘I’ve always dreamed of playing for Barcelona.’ Yet, all three received poor treatment by the board. When the board wants a player, they’ll do whatever it takes to sign them, making all sorts of promises. But when the club wants to get rid of them, they’ll also do whatever it takes to push them out. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the younger generation starts dreaming of playing somewhere else after seeing how these players and club legends have been treated. It’s heartbreaking as a fan to see what our club has turned into.
Aubameyang was the worst loss, he could’ve made a difference last year. His was also a financial reason. Until we’re out of this hole in the next year or two, I wouldn’t get too attached to specific players
Auba, Gündoğan, Kessie (since we didnt even play him), de Jong.
Messi
Auba saved us
Auba was my guy. idc what anyone says.
Auba still hurts
Any answer that isn’t Messi is seriously delusional. We never even got to say goodbye.
Auba was something else man…wish he could have stayed just a little longer, he was very good in my opinion
#1 Messi. #2 Neymar. Neither should have left. I do think there’s a Messi celebration in the works with the reopening of the Camp Nou and it wouldn’t surprise me if MSN reunited for the evening. (Well, a man can dream, can’t he?)
Paulhino
Apart from the Obvious, Suarez. The board has always treated our legendary players bad
I know he’s not there but griezman it was painful because I thought he will be my our best player that season especially when Messi and he can have that freedom and be our number 10
Auba among the pictures, then Messi and Suarez
Auba, Gundo, Luuk, Kessie
By far Aubameyang.
Being realistic Kessie and De Jong had moments and weren’t consistent. Gundogan was consistent but not the greatest in big games unfortunately. Auba destroyed Madrid on his own which was one of the best performances in El Classico of the past 5 season. He saved our season that year. We did upgrade and that’s football but I would’ve loved to see Auba here a bit longer, what a player.
Messi
All of them
All 4, I don’t know what to say. I’m so disappointed
Auba – and it was extra special when he scored that goal and did the dragonball pose. Great moment.
None
Other than Messi Ill go for Ronaldo & Michael Laudrup……….and Figo but not as much as the other 3… If I had to pick one then Ronaldo. It was b4 his injury and that season he was the best player in the World. Obvious GOAT candidate. Never seen a player like him b4. He was unreal. Power, pace, skill. He had it all. To lose him after one sensational goal scoring season was gut wrenching.
Losin Laudrup killed too tho, especially as he went to Real and won the league with them
from these, Auba
None, they were here too little.
Auba!! Fans loved him and his teammates loved him.
I don’t think I have strong feelings for Gundo one way or the other, if only because last season was so shit in general. He had good moments but eh, we’ll survive.
Messi . Always. Then ney , then Suarez . Sigh.
I watched a replay last night of a 2014 game and realized how far we have fallen.
Also very clear no teams fear us or respect us so high press is the way to get to us now.
Honestly not upset about gundo. I was tired of his complaining on the field and off.
