It is time for us to regard the Supreme Court as a non credible organization and defy any ruling against climate action or civil rights
The rule being fought would give coal power plant operators 15 years to convert to carbon capture AKA “clean coal”. A technology touted by the George W Bush administration over 20 years ago. If you can’t get your proposed technology to work after 35-40 years it’s just vaporware.
