one thing i dont get about him is that he time wastes from minute 1. I get doing it when ur a goal up and seeing out the game but this guy does it as soon as the ball is returned to him from the opposition and waits for the opponent to come closer to pick it up. I’m not even mad I’m just confused
I actually find his antics hilarious, just not when he’s playing Arsenal.

I have zero ill will toward the man for carrying a chip on his shoulder after Arsenal straight up chose Leno over him. He had a great run of form and got dumped for the old GK. I’d have talked the same smack about Arsenal that he does.
What I can’t stand is when I see kids mimic his actions. You’re a World Cup winning GK. Maybe don’t pretend to hump a trophy after receiving it and normalizing the behavior for thousands of children to then copy on the playground – because they do. I’m a teacher and I’ve seen it happen. That behavior is inexcusable.
