It is less frequent now than earlier in the war because they can only manufacture a limited number. And this raid, like the last 5 or 10 did less damage because of better air defence. We seem to forget that in the first 18 months Russia crippled Ukraines energy infrastructure because AD was weak. Now most missiles get shot down. The west should give Ukraine long range capability, but even if they don't it is obvious thaf Ukraine will develop their own over time.
