Just chiming in to say I met RFK Jr once at my university and he is a perverted creep. This was in 2007, and I’ve always considered him a POS since then.

I really don’t think this is what was going down in the campaign. He’s had high level campaign staff going around to donors talking explicitly about how rfk is in the race to get trump elected. Now that Biden dropped out the strategy has fallen apart so now the two conmen have joined up publicly to salvage what they can. My guess is that rfk publicly did the Harris offer knowing that they would tell him to kick rocks so he could try to keep up some appearance of moderation. The whole thing is like the dumb and dumber version of psyops… Shady mother fuckers.
