  1. As a Non-American, doesn’t this basically show that since WFH became big, lots of people moved from HCOL areas to remote areas that also happen to have stunning landscapes? Referring to Idaho, Montana, Utah and Arizona. Because that’s pretty much the top 4 of both job/construction growth and stunning landscapes (excluding the HCOL stunning landscapes of California and maybe Colorado). I mean if I could live anywhere in the US except for expensive places, these states would be top of my list.
