I have a hard time upvoting Emmentaler, the most tasteless of all Swiss cheeses 😀
But besides the fact that you’d obviously want something like a Surchoix Gruyere in there, it looks great.
On a side note: what brand of pickled cucumbers are you using?I’m quite picky with pickles (no pun intended). For example I can’t eat the “Condy” stuff that Migros sells, which is of course problematic if you are a Migros-Kind. I don’t want to go to Coop just for Chirat.
Looks tasty, but it is very bold of you guys to call it a salad.
Looks really good.
It was served cold?
What is the sauce/green paste that you’re putting in, if I may ask? Because I am so gonna try this diabolical concoction. Looks even heavier on the arteries than a salade Piémontaise lol.
Looks good ngl but it does not compute for something to be a salad without lettuce and tomatoes at least in my head
