If the wages are no more than £110k and the loan fee is a filet o’ fish and a can of Pepsi I can live with this
And reiss is going to leave club
i was watching the Athletic”s deadline stream. Ornstein was going on like the first kid in school to get a pager.
Not a good signing
Btw if this deal happens I will eat my hat in front of the Hyacinth Bucket neighbour at number 32
Can I offer Arsenal a nice Ben Chilwell if you guys love Chelsea fixer-upper projects?
I think he’ll do alright for you guys. I’d much rather have him playing over Mudryk and probably Sancho at chelsea, but with the wages he’s on I suppose they can’t justify it and want rid.
Wonder if he’ll have a problem playing in the Champions league over the conference league?
Despite the low scoreline the most comprehensive win I’ve seen Arsenal have against us at The Bridge was the game when Graham Potter was incharge.
Not even two years on and they’re close to signing a third player from our team that day (and going by reports were keen on Mount also, lol).
Seriously thought Havertz was the only lazy player worse than Sterling. It would be great if Goons take Sterling off of us too.
Honestly think it’s a decent move for both Sterling and Arsenal. Arteta rates him and has worked with him at City and it’ll give Saka a chance to get a bit of rest throughout the season.
Feel like he can still do bits in the prem
This sub was clowning on the possibility of Sterling moving to United days ago, and now it’s arsenal everyone is all “hmm good move”
They can’t keep getting away with it
Honestly a fine move. It’s a depth move so you can rest Saka more. You can trust him against the bottom 5-7 sides in the league to rest Saka. Also the cup games that frankly don’t matter. All that arsenal needs to focus on is the UCL and premier league. Those other matches are prime Sterling/Jesus games to give Saka a breather
