A. Ukraine has somehow completely said fuck it to logic and reason and is attacking the Kursk NPP directly.
B. Russia is looking for a pretext to strike back at Ukraine and these drones are there to build a narrative for a response.
C. Some other party like a third country is running around in Kursk and doing flights.
Bare in mind as well drone impacts doesnt have to be destructive. Can be a crashed recon drone as well.
