Hong Kong has their own Cantonese food, they don’t need European food.
That’s not true.
The Irish and Indian famine should show you that they received no food at all.
We also gave Japanese tempura.
I heard that some Asian countries eat sandwiches because of their hostile work cultures.
Lol, Hong Kong food is absolutely delicious and a crazy mix of local Cantonese, mainlad Chinese, other regional and some European cuisines. Literally on of the most interesting food cultures in the world
Hong Kong: fishing village to global financial center in 200 years Macau: fishing village to Asian Las Vegas in 400 years
I think one of them won out more than the other
Now compare infrastructure and standard of living, Joao.
As somebody living in Hong Kong: no?
I mean yeah… Macau has good Portuguese food and hk doesn’t really do uk food but their fusion food and cha chaan tengs are rly good.
Also, the milk tea in HK is absolutely fire.
Im all for making fun of uk food, even tho its outdated and low hanging food, but imma defend hk here. Its so easy to eat good and cheap here.
How the fuck my hometown ended up in r/2westerneurope4u ?
