1. When shit hits the fan, it’s always “we blame it on the west for not helping” but African nations always turn their face to China and Russia accepting their money & policies.

2. The only time they will really ramp up sending over vaccines is when the threat assessment says it’s worth it. It’s not about humanity and more about economy
