Grenfell residents ‘failed by dishonesty and greed’
Grenfell Tower Inquiry chair Sir Martin Moore-Bick said the deaths that occurred during the Grenfell Tower fire were ‘all avoidable’, adding that the residents were failed by ‘incompetence, dishonesty and greed’.

The result of Grenfell was nothing more than I expected. Everyone of those people who worked on that building should be held accountable.Recoreds would be held who done what on site and these builders brought to justice. I'm very sorry for the residents of Grenfell ,they deserve better than this result.It just shows what a sloppy Government and judicial system we have in this country which wont ever get any better. A SAD DAY
