Who were the group? Where were they located? If they were in Poland, why? If not, how did they “dismantle” the group? What exactly did Poland, or the group, do? How were they attributed?
Not to mention the vagueness of “cyber attack-related incidents”. Does this include automated generic probing, and bots? If so, it’s hardly worth anything as a metric.
In any case, good on Poland for investing into CND to counter the threat.
