  1. I really wish West Ham could have scooped him up. Far too expensive on the wages but would have been fun to watch.

  2. Lets put all the fuss aside for a brief moment.

Star that played like 30-40 matches last 4 seasons or something on 200k p/w. I guess its good thing that someone had balls to do this unpopular decision.

And now with the fuss … i hope that internally it was at least comunicated well, cause chilwell was one of the key players at times and he is overall great dude it seems. Whatever case it is … it still sucks that he is stuck in bomb squad.

  3. Seriously hoping he leaves Chelsea & signs for a respectable mid table club like West Ham or Wolves

  4. As usual with the Daily Mail, this article includes no actual information we didn’t already know about the situation.

  5. So sad man I can’t imagine how he’s going through that much stress. 200k a week and no game time what a life 😩

  6. As somebody who watches a lot of rugby it is strange to see unwanted players referred to as a Bomb Squad.

In rugby South Africa has the Bomb Squad, where they usually replace 6 out of 8 forwards after around 50 minutes.
