  1. Most English players are overrated. They are termed “golden generation” even before they lift a proper trophy. You’re world class if you play a pivotal role for your team winning either the PL, CL, Copa America, Euros or the World Cup. Till the time that happens, you’re just a really good player.

  3. Idk man, these are the kind of definitive and absolute statements that hold no merit to such young footballers. A 22 and 23 year old who both appear to be great talents should be judge against each other once they’re in their 30’s, not now. Headlines and articles like this offer no substance beyond, “City big, Arsenal big, stir the pot for clicks.”

  14. Saka has created a ton of goal scoring opportunities for Arsenal as well as a ton of goals. Let’s have this conversation again in like 2-3 years when Doku has had time to catch up.

    Doku: 13 goals and assist
    Saka: 25 goals and assist

    Doku is a better dribbler but end product is missing and it always has if you check out his stats in Ligue 1.

  23. If Saka had the freedom Doku has, and didn’t get man marked by three players every single game, he would absolutely run havoc even more than he already does.

    Even still, has noticeably better numbers than Doku.

  24. Doku a better dribbler. Saka better technically and movement off the ball. Better end product. Would agree with the inconsistency claim in that he does drift in and out of individual games but in terms of making a difference across loads of games season he is very consistent.

  28. As a City fan, I like Doku getting praise and he is a very exciting winger. However that’s a big disagree from me! Saka has been played into the ground and is extremely consistent and reliable.

  29. Coming from a Spurs fan, Saka is a better all-round player than Doku.

    Doku is definitely better at beating his man since he is faster and has better dribbling. However, Saka has better end product than Doku and that is what matters.

  32. My man talking about the UCL when him and his teammates from that Arsenal era will always be remembered as the best side to never win it. Arsenal from 98-06 not winning it is actually mad when you stop and think about it.
