How to deal with brutalism : just slap a few arches, throw in some floral wallpaper, and maybe add a cozy little picket fence. That’ll totally solve the “concrete fortress” vibe.

I love this building so much. But as it’s aged it has started to feel empty which I think damages the vibe of the space. It’s odd how the open spaces and walkways get a kind of apocalypse feel on a sunday. So just having more use office space and shops with stuff going on, would do wonders.

This isn’t even in the Barbican lol, it’s just another building adjacent to it.
