  1. Pretty interesting read, a great way to magnify and localize what Russia is doing across Europe and other regions. I think it really goes to show how despite its difficulties in Ukraine, Russia is not “out of the fight” in other regions, especially the Arctic which it considers as its second highest priority after the current war.
