A great rule of thumb is: don’t click links on texts or even emails.
Whatever you need to do, you can do and check by typing in the business’s own web address, logging into their service (or their application) and seeing if you’ve got some messages and notifications in there.

99,9% of messages from ”companies” or ”organizations” are scams. If you are unsure and want to be sure, just login to the page (such as traficom asiointipalvelu in this case) by going straight to their page. NEVER click the links in the messages/emails, just go manually with your browser and check if there is something you actually nees to pay.
But tbh its extremely rare to come across a scam that is not instantly obvious scam.
They kindly ask you to pay it “hätäisesti”, not to realise it’s a scam.
Hätäisesti is a term used by sloppy translation, never used by an actual officials.
