Mosquito-borne diseases are surging in Europe — diseases such as West Nile virus and dengue are becoming increasingly common as the insects that spread them move north.
I remember a time when I could water my garden without having mosquitos swarming around me.
I had to buy a bee keeper suit just to water my garden without becoming a pin cushion for mosquitos.
Oh fuck off..
The one ‘positive’ about this is that when it starts affecting more affluent populations more will be done to develop better medicine and other strategies.
Interesting, so Europeans enjoying a late dinner outside in summer or having a drink at a bar outside are basically fucked?
