I am a Sri Lankan, applied for German uni to do my degree related to business. What are the chances of securing my university acceptance with this average mark.

That question doesn’t make sense, read about the system here.
Does the course you interested in have an NC or not? If yes, the university will usually release the acceptance thresholds of the last years (but they not fixed).
If not, do you fullfil the other requirements of the course?
Acceptance in Germany is usually hard choices: You have all requirements, you in. You don’t, there is no wiggle room.
And it not an university wide thing: A university can have an super restricted course (take medicine) and have some where everyone who has an Abitur (or equivalent degree) apply to.
