Has to be Klinsmann. Awful managing and awful playstyle.

Gunna have to go with Klinsmann. A lot will go with Tuchel but those days with Klinsmann were dark days.

Tough one and of course it’s kinda hard to go way back so I am sticking to the last two decades. I think it has to be either Klinsmann, Kovač, Ancelotti or Tuchel. The question is how we rate “bad”. Tuchel had the worst statistic as Bayern coach in over 30 years. Still I wouldn’t say Tuchel is a bad coach. Same goes for Ancelotti as I think he just didn’t fit. Of course you could say the same for Kovač but I think he just lacked experience and he at least had some sort of playstyle identity. Klinsmann was just something else. Looking at what for example Philip Lahm wrote in his autobiography, seemingly Klinsmann wasn’t even giving them tactical instructions and the players had to come up with a matchplan themselves. If that isn’t wild idk what is. He seemed to be all about psychology, feeling and faith. Surely he was an innovator and maybe a little ahead of his time and had a bad squad, but still I think if a coach is neglecting the basics of football that’s really bad.

I dont think people realise how bad Klinsmann was, he was a complete phony:

He was also in charge as Bayern lost 2:6 against 1903 Kopenhagen in the Uefa Cup (which is now called Europa League).
Klinsmann, definitely. While other coaches might have a worse record on paper, he is the only one which gave me the impression he was trying to weaken the team on purpose. He inherited a splendid team from Hitzfeld and turned it into a dumpster fire.

I go with Tuchel. If you look at the team he had, if you look at his points per game, the way he treated players, the way he sucked every joy out of the club and considering he won one single title only because of the pure choke of Dortmund, i can’t vote for anyone else.
Klinsmann’s team was a joke, look at the player in the famous Grafite goal clip, that shit isn’t even EL level. Without Kane and Vorrunden Sane, Tuchel would’ve struggled to reach Top 4.
I think Klinsmann will be the clear winner but for me it’s Tuchel.
Everybody is saying Klinsmann and I get it it got really bad after a while but the first half of the season they played great football. Keep in mind the team was shit aswell.
The worst football I have ever seen from Bayern was under Magath when they finished 4th but he won the double two times in a row the seasons before.
Kovac was very bad aswell as Tuchel.
I have to say Klinsmann but I think what Tuchel did to us was almost worst because he completely obliterated that teams confidence.

There can be no doubt the worst manager Bayern has ever had was Jürgen Klinsmann.
Klinsmann’s kick against the barrel and his first touch as a player were better than his coaching, and Scholli didn’t call him Flipper for nothing.
IMHO both he and Klinsmann had the team play equally shitty football but Kovac managed to do this with a better squad.

Mane overrated is a disgrace considering Bayern played without a proper striker that season. Don’t get it why the fans sacrfice him so much

Kovac (followed by Klinsi). Kovac had a much better team than Klinsi and underperformed significantly more given the expectations
You can argue that kovac had a better team, but at least he showed that he could coach at least to some degree.

For those claiming Klinsmann: Lerby’s stint at Bayern was worse than JK’s stint at HERTHA. It was a terrible stint for a mid-table club, let alone at Bayern.
Lerby had never coached before, and he would never coach again. JK would at least have a successful WC with the USA afterwards. That’s not nothing.
Klinsmann is still second though. But a distant second.
