‘Trump-proof’ support for Ukraine: US may allow Kyiv to use long-range missiles against Moscow
The US appears to be considering the possibility of allowing Ukraine fire long-range Western-supplied missiles into Russia, which would represent a shift in its long-standing policy regarding Moscow, FRANCE 24’s Kethevane Gorjestani said, pointing to President Biden’s recent meeting with UK PM Starmer to discuss the topic. The upcoming presidential election in the US may play a part in the decision-making as Western allies hope to “Trump-proof” support for Ukraine in its war with Russia, Gorjestani said.

The US is not going to greenlight use of Storm Shadows. It is all wishful thinking. Biden is in a lame duck position. Elections are near and he cannot afford to get US dragged into a war with Russia.
This American lady is fooling the Europeans. If Trump comes, that is the end of the war. Even if Harris comes, she will get rid of Blinken the Jew and Sullivan, and get a new cast to wind down Ukraine. The new cast will advise her to pass the war to the Europeans to handle.
Then there is the Russian reaction. So far it has been contained to Ukraine. But Putin has said British assets will be targeted. If for example, the Russians got the Houthis to sink a British ship, what will Britain do ? It cannot fight Russia, it will seek to drag the US to fight Russia. The US is in danger of its vassals like Ukraine and the UK to direct US policy. The US does not want to fight Russia as it risks getting its cities incinerated.
Russia can escalate further with a nuclear strike on Ukraine. Russia may test a nuclear weapon, and get it ready. Then it can tell the Ukrainian population to vacate Lvov near the Polish border, and then detonate one. Nobody in NATO will dare respond as they would not want to meet the same fate.
Miss Gorgestani sounds like she’s in favor of western “allies” giving Ukraine permission to strike Russia with “long range” weapons. Not a good position to be in for a “journalist “. Bias stinks.

Well… ok… Russia might use nuclear weapon, but this is not certain yet. But how it sounds 🤌.
My understanding is that Putin went on T.V to say Western-supplied long range missiles on Russia from Ukraine would be considered an act of war and the USA itself would face a retaliatory strike. Analyst say probably from a non nuclear Avangard missile. We may already have dodged a nuclear war that would be over in 70 minutes. One hell of a game of chicken that we are now in.
Nothing is "tRump proof", both because of his sheer evil and lack of conscience, as well as his paid-off judges.
