Ukraine attack on Russian missile depot triggers mini earthquake

Ukraine has blown up a Russian ammunition dump triggering an explosion so powerful it was picked up by earthquake monitors.

A huge explosion and mushroom cloud was seen coming from a vast warehouse complex in the city of Toropets, about 300 miles over the border from Ukraine, believed to house North Korean missiles and some of Russia’s most advanced weaponry including guided bombs, artillery and S-400s.

The plumes of smoke rising from the fires were so large that they could be seen from space. The explosions also triggered seismic activity measuring 2.8 points on the Richter scale in the area.

Videos from close to the depot showed a fireball lifting into the sky so bright it momentarily lit up the entire area for miles around, as shockwaves emanated from the blast area.

  6. Ukraine u cannot win and never can achieved win if u have war with nuclear super power country like russia….. They have it… they can used it if they can sense for a failed battle, they can justifies the used of it for whatever the consequences and outcome…. They may face of….

  10. Ukraine (largest country in Europe) is a destroyed state, but a 200 tons of arms depot has gone up in Russia (largest country in world) and somehow this makes the Nato freaks cocky? Bizzare.

  28. @arnonabuurs7297 Oh yes, and how many times have we all heard this before that Vlad will retaliate. He is as pathetic as the Iranians. Vlad the failure and his incompetent, laughable military is all talk, and threats with no action.
    It's been a long three days for Vlad. Russia, a country considerably larger, with more man power and more weapons in nearly three years has got nowhere. The so called 'superpower' that needs help from third world countries. Absolutely pathetic.
