too good things: Ukraine gets supplied; Russia pays more for it (India is probably also supplying Russia – that’s the bad part).
I mean what is Russia going to do? Stop selling oil to India?
It’s unlikely India can piss off Russia too much. A lot of their army is dependent on Russian equipment. Their main enemy Pakistan has been heavily supported by US in the past.
You’d be quite correct to point out Russia has redirected weapons meant for India. India now buys from Europe too, specifically France but that won’t cover everything yet.
Provided India buys at the price cap it’s no worse than Spain buying Russian gas.
