‘Throw Zelensky Out Of Power’: Ukrainians Drag President To Court For ‘Illegal’ Rule | Ukraine War
An opposition lawmaker, Aleksandr Dubinski, has filed a lawsuit alleging that President Zelensky has illegally held power since May 20, 2024. Dubinski, who has been in custody since November on charges including high treason, claims Zelensky’s postponement of the March 31 presidential election due to martial law violates the constitution.
