I'm already like 99,99% sure this is absolutely fake as it does not contain anything relating to me other than my last name. Bank information is not even mine. Got sent via fax to my workplace's frontdesk (hospital) while I was on holiday. Frontdesk picked out my last name and decided it belonged to me and sent it to my floor were my headnurse kept it safe and just handed to me after my first day back to work. Like wtf? Looks like an email printed out with contradicting dates.

Idk if your first name is common, but a fax number can be way off if one digit is entered incorrectly, and they might have just accidentally sent this to the hospital. Did you lease a car from Mercedes, or did you look into leasing one? If you didn’t, it’s probably not for you.
