I’m not sure I quite follow. It’s great that there’s a grassroots program but you can’t claim it has contributed to India’s Olympic success. They’ve achieved two gold medals in the last 30 years. Only one silver this year. That reeks of chronic underinvestment in sport across every single Olympic discipline.
You also haven’t explained what the image is of – because it 100% isn’t India’s all time Olympic medal haul.
I sound overly negative but your post suggests this movement is working at an Olympic level and I think that’s slightly disingenuous.
