It seems that this is the fourth time that the test is a failure

And still, the world fears their nukes, which they obviously can’t send abroad other than by truck to Belarus.
since putins first threat of nuke at the start of the war I have always said to friends and families that there was a good chance this would happen if putin did “press rhe button” except with live warheads.
