Hi all! I'm an artist who's practise focuses on food and storytelling. I've been working on this project where I ask people to tell a story (preferably in their native tongue, but English is also fine) I then take these stories and use them to create packaged flavours, an example would be Nao Iyama, a Japanese student who talked about cooking oysters over a BBQ with his grandma – for this I made a Smoked Ash Mignonette. I'm looking for more memories to be turned into flavours, that will be featured in a six week exhibition in November – January. If you have a story to share please let me know!!!
