  1. At the Russian 23rd arsenal in the village of Oktyabrsky, Tver region, nearly 60 storage buildings, a railway depot, and trains carrying ammunition were either destroyed or severely damaged in the attack. This is shown in new satellite images, according to the Twitter account (X) of American OSINT researcher known as “MT_Anderson.”

Images have surfaced online showing the locations of the second major military storage facility in the Tver region targeted by Ukrainian Defense Forces.

This pertains to the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry (GRAU) in the village of Oktyabrsky, which was attacked by drones on the night of September 21.

The facility is also near the city of Toropets, where the 107th arsenal of GRAU exploded on September 18.

According to the OSINT researcher, significant damage has been recorded in the northern part of the depot in Oktyabrsky.

“**58+ storage buildings and multiple open areas** turned to ash / heavily damaged,” his post states.

The analyst adds that **the loading and unloading areas of the railway were also affected.**

“It seems that **there were trains carrying ammunition present during the strike**,” the OSINT researcher wrote, sharing the relevant footage.

  2. Interesting for me is that the wood between the indiv. buildings seems widely intact. So Ukraine adtesses for each storage at least on drone. This shows that the airdefence was at least not effektive or even non existent.
