Presumably, this is the arsehole who threw that cyclist to the ground last week.

*A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged with assault after a video of a violent attack on a cyclist was shared on social media.*
*Joseph Hedley is alleged to have attacked a 34-year-old cyclist on the city’s High School Wynd on Friday. The man was taken to hospital after the incident.*
*Police Scotland confirmed a report had been sent to the procurator fiscal.*
*Mr Hedley is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court later in connection with the incident.*
